Arkitekt MNAL

Ulla studied architecture and urban planning at the Technical Universities of Karlsruhe and Vienna, as well as at NTNU in Trondheim. She is deeply engaged in green architecture, environmental management, and housing. Since the 1980s, she has worked in Oslo in architectural firms, the Norwegian State Housing Bank, and various planning and building authorities. Notably, she spent many years with the sustainability programme “FutureBuilt.” This diverse experience has given her deep insight into planning and architecture in Oslo and across Norway, along with a strong professional network.
